The event was first held by Cancer Research UK at the stadium in 2002 when over �190,000 was raised for the charity. In 2003 the event was repeated to achieve a total of 1,139 taking part. This year, Cancer Research hope to beat their previous total taking it to over 1,200 people, whilst also raising over �200,000 towards lifesaving research.
Ten of IXEurope's braver staff members formed Team IXEurope with the aim of helping Cancer Research to make a difference.
