Now in its fifth year Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 is the only league table of its kind, which ranks Britain's fastest growing unquoted technology companies based on sales growth over three years. IXEurope recorded phenomenal annual sales growth of 41.16% from a turnover of EUR 8.7m in 2001 to EUR 22.8m in 2004.
This is the third year that IXEurope has earned its position as one of the 100 fastest growing technology companies, and is one of only 14 companies that has appeared on the league table for three out of its five years. In 2003 the company came 25th with 117% average annual growth over the previous three years and in 2002 the company came first in these high profile awards with 644%.
Since it was established, IXEurope has demonstrated remarkable resilience during a period that has sent many other industry players running for cover. The company has a rapidly growing portfolio of over 300 customers throughout its datacenters in seven cities across four countries, which features many of the world's bestknown organisations across all major industry sectors.
Guy Willner, CEO and cofounder of IXEurope, commented
"The team has shown huge commitment to providing our customers with a high level of service tailored to specific and evolving needs. We have succeeded through a steadfast belief in our potential, the ability to be flexible and adapt to market conditions, and of course the support from our investors."
"We are delighted that our dedication has paid off. This league table clearly demonstrates how IXEurope and other technology companies have remained dynamic and thrived. The recognition is a testament to the fact that we have built the company based on a sound business plan, an innovative yet considered strategy and the backing of a strong management team."
"We are thrilled to have been part of the Tech Track 100, earning a positioning which will only help further our reputation as a successful and secure technology company."
The Tech Track 100 is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times.
