Michael Winterson, IXEurope's Vice President of International Sales and Marketing, will be presenting to the forum on 29 November to discuss the “Future of Peering” and the role of the datacentre.
“Peering is going through an era of transition. Traditionally, peering has mostly been about cost reduction. IXEurope launched its IXLAN service earlier in the year - an intra- and inter-datacentre peering connectivity service. Once connected, IXEurope customers have access to three networks: single IXDatacentre, national (multiple IXDatacentres in one country) and international (access to all IXDatacentres across Europe).
