Equinix Appoints Lorraine Wilkinson as Regional Vice President for Sales, UK

LONDON, United Kingdom – 19 November 2020 – Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX), the world’s digital infrastructure company, today announced the appointment of Lorraine Wilkinson as its new Regional Vice President for Sales for the United Kingdom. Wilkinson will be a key member of the UK leadership team and will be responsible for implementing and progressing Equinix’s sales strategy in the UK, developing existing customer relationships and supporting the long-term acquisition of new customers.

Wilkinson brings her 25 years of sales experience within the tech sector to Equinix. Most recently she was Vice President of the UK and Ireland for Global Compute and Client Solutions Sales at Dell Technologies, where she was responsible for selling workforce and data centre solutions to some of the largest companies in the region, across a wide range of industry segments. Her work in this role supported Dell achieving a top market share position in both mainstream servers and commercial PC segments.

As Regional Vice President of Sales, UK at Equinix, Wilkinson will continue her proven track record of delivering transformational solutions to large global customers. She will lead an industry-experienced sales team focused on delivering business-defining results to customers and demonstrating the value of Equinix’s global platform to digital leaders.
